Phone Park Aps is co-owned by Alexander Strand and Dixi Louise Strand. Alexander lives in Roskilde, Denmark and works as a high school teacher at Himmelev High School in Roskilde. He invented Phone Park in 2013 and soon began cooperating with a small plastic company in Holbæk, Denmark, Friis Plast. The first experimental Phone Park was made out of wood and tested in Alexander’s own classes.

Today Phone Park is used in schools and other institutions throughout Denmark and has also been sold to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Norway, Austria, Germany, Great Britain and the United States.

As this small company continues to grow, it is our ambition to maintain close contact with our users and to keep all future design and production in Denmark.
